Sweet, helpful, and always up for a challenge! Exceptional collaborative and interpersonal skills; Meranda is a dynamic team player who brings a sunny disposition and strong work ethic to every project.

Claire Scherf:   Office Manager and CAD Technician

Personable, organized, and detail-oriented. Claire holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration & Management from California State University, Monterey Bay. She brings a positive light to the office environment and performs her drafting tasks with much persistence and creativity.

Linda Gaviria:   CAD Technician

Kind, dependable, and passionate about sustainable urban architecture. Linda holds a Bachelor of Arts in Architecture from Pontifical Bolivarian University in Columbia. Having resided in Columbia, Italy, and the US, she adds a multi-cultural perspective to the team.

Gary Brown:   Civil Engineer and Surveyor

Gary is the new owner and operator of Freeman & Seaman Land Surveyors.

He is also a licensed Civil Engineer with 21 years of experience in Site Drainage, Road Building, Site Design and Construction as well as Erosion control.
